6/12/2013 Market conditions continue to be busy. Buyers are scouting properties heavily and properties are selling well if they are priced right. Don't miss out!

5/25/2013 My apologies for being a bit out of date lately. Property is selling like hot cakes if it's priced right, so it's keeping us at Dryside very busy, which is a good problem to have. :) If you have any questions about anything you find for sale, even if it's listed by another brokerage, don't hesitate to give Jodi or I a call! 3/13/2013 More good news for Sellers! The RMLS reports "February was a good month for real estate in the Mid-Columbia region. At 71 strong, pending sales represented the strongest February since 2007, when there were 80 pending sales." So hang in there Sellers! It's slowly turning around!

2/21/2013 Wow - Buyers are sure coming out of the woodwork lately to take advantage of the last great deals before prices potentially go up! If you are a Buyer and want to look at property with an agent, make sure and schedule your appt early. Weekend appt's are usually the first to be booked. There is also very low inventory of homes on acreage available so if you are thinking of selling, now is a great time! Foreclosures are at an all time low right now.


2012 Year in Review Market Recap: Good news Goldendale home sellers! For the 2012, the average home sales price rose from $129,000 in 2011 up to $147,400 for 2012! Goldendale land sales rose slightly from $54,600 in 2011 up to $57,600 in 2012. Things are starting to come back around... even County-wide, the average home sales price rose from $196,600 in 2011 up to $226,100 in 2012!
